Once your order is confirmed, track your rider's live location directly in the Tote's app from pickup to your door.
Tap "Help" on your order in the app, or message us on WhatsApp. We work quickly to resolve issues including refunds, replacements, or credits.
You can cancel through the app before the restaurant begins preparing. Once preparation has started, contact support via the app or WhatsApp for help.

All payments are processed securely through the Tote's app using bank-level encryption. Your card details are never stored on our servers.
